Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Support Representative (German-speaking) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact for our shops and customers regarding questions about betting, odds, and accounts

Customer support via phone, chat, and email

Assisting customers with deposits and withdrawals

Providing basic technical assistance for minor issues

Escalating complex cases to our 2nd Level Support team

Contributing to an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications:

Customer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment working with people

Interest in sports and ideally some familiarity with sports betting

Proficient German and English skills (must-have)

Comfortable working with computers and digital tools

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends

Team spirit and the ability to take initiative
