š Location: Beirut | š Full-time | Office-based | Schedule: 2/2 days
We are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals who enjoy solving problems and supporting customers in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Provide technical support to customers in Spanish via email and chat
⢠Diagnose and resolve issues related to products and services
⢠Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when needed
⢠Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base
Requirements & Qualifications
⢠Spanish ā intermediate level (writing/texting required)
⢠Strong communication and multitasking skills
⢠Good PC skills (MS Office)
⢠Additional languages or experience are a plus
