YOUR TASKS:
Contact person for our corporate customers with queries about our IT applications/systems
Respond fault reports by telephone and e-mail
Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers
Documenting requirements and faults in a ticket system and handing over complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support
Helping to increase customer satisfaction and further develop our customer support in a friendly, international team

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
High interest in IT technologies and curiosity to familiarize yourself with topics quickly
Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
The ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even in stressful times
Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Good written and spoken German and Hungarian language skills required
