We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Back Office Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in the payments and fintech space. This role involves customer support, back-office processes, and day-to-day platform operations.
You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our payment systems, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and reliable experience across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform internal reviews to ensure customers meet required standards and guidelines.
•Provide ongoing customer support, handling inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
•Monitor operational and transactional issues, ensuring proper resolution.
•Support back-office configuration and day-to-day system operations.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and issue management.
•Participate in testing and validation of payment flows, integrations, and new solutions.
•Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
•Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
•Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Basic understanding of payments, fintech, or online services is a plus
