We are looking for Customer Support Agents (Russian-speaking) to join our partner's Customer Support team on behalf of our partners!
Your Role:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats, emails and calls.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Russian, advanced English.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fast speed typing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week (including weekends).
