We're looking for a Czech/Slovak & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our products.

📍 Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our Sofia office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

This role is for our Late Shift Team and is based on a 5-day working week with 2 days off, following a shift pattern that alternates between 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

• 📨 Providing support in Czech/Slovak via email and live chat

• 🔍 Processing with great attention to detail and content

• 💡 Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions

• 🤝 Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

• 🧩 Working closely with our team to improve and establish essential processes

🧾 Qualifications:

• 🌐 Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken

• 🚀 Proactive attitude with strong support or sales skills

• 🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• 🧠 Sharp attention to detail

• 📞 Previous experience as a support agent is a plus
