We’re looking for a Customer Success & Training Manager to be at the heart of our customer and employee experience. This hybrid role blends customer success, SaaS adoption, and learning & development. You’ll own the customer journey, build training that empowers both customers and colleagues, and make sure our teams and clients get real value from our proprietary logistics software.
The Role
Owning it — manage the customer journey end to end
Lead onboarding to renewal, driving adoption and long term value.
Design structured pathways for new customers and hires across systems, workflows, and compliance.
Monitor engagement and health, turning risks into targeted success plans.
Use data and insight to continuously improve the customer experience.
Succeeding together — build relationships that deliver results
Act as a trusted advisor, presenting confidently to all audiences.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across customer organisations.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and HR to inform product, training, and service improvements.
Going above and beyond — raise the bar on learning
Design and deliver training via workshops, guides, videos, and e-learning.
Create scalable resources that empower users and reduce one-to-one support.
Apply adult learning principles to drive behaviour change and performance improvement.
Keep teams and customers up to date on product updates and process improvements.
Working pattern
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
08:30am-17:30pm
