Wat je gaat doen:
• Supporttickets en binnenkomende telefoontjes afhandelen, problemen vlot oplossen.
• Zorgen dat klanten zich gehoord en goed ondersteund voelen.
• Helpen bij de voorbereiding op onboarding en trainingssessies.
• Supportcontent maken en verbeteren (FAQ’s, handleidingen, interne kennisbank).
• Terugkerende problemen signaleren en delen met het team.

Wie jij bent:
• 2+ jaar ervaring in customer support, customer success, of een servicedeskrol
• Kan goed met druk om gaan en kan een groot aantal supporttickets en telefoontjes goed afhandelen.
• Goed georganiseerd: documenteert, prioriteert en volgt zaken tijdig op.
• Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• In staat technische problemen eenvoudig uit te leggen en intern af te stemmen om ze vervolgens op te lossen.

Pluspunten:
• Ervaring met het ondersteunen van zorgorganisaties of zorgverleners.
• Bekend met helpdesksystemen (bijv. Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) en georganiseerd werken in een CRM.
• Basiskennis van het oplossen van eenvoudige technische problemen (bijv. qua browser- en geluidsinstellingen).

Dit is een fulltime functie op ons kantoor in Leiden.

Af en toe reis je om grotere implementaties te ondersteunen, maar het grootste deel van je werk is klantgericht en doe je vanuit kantoor of op afstand.
