Customer Success Specialist CX - Categorie Protette L. 68/99

In ottica di crescita del nostro Team di Customer Experience, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Customer Success Specialist, che voglia crescere con noi supportando i nostri clienti dalle prime fasi di attivazione del servizio fino alla successiva assistenza.

Principali responsabilità:

• Facilitare l’utilizzo dei servizi Treatwell da parte del cliente, offrendo un supporto puntuale e personalizzato
• Ascoltare attivamente le esigenze del cliente e analizzarne le caratteristiche per fornire un’assistenza mirata e di qualità
• Gestire richieste inbound e outbound, fornendo chiarimenti e risolvendo eventuali problemi legati all’utilizzo del software
• Supportare il cliente durante l’installazione e la configurazione di dispositivi hardware, come registratori telematici, stampanti termiche, lettori barcode, ecc
• Garantire un’esperienza d’eccellenza per tutti i clienti Treatwell, in ogni fase del loro percorso
• Segnalare eventuali malfunzionamenti o bug del software al team di sviluppo, attraverso il sistema interno di ticketing

Su di te:

• Hai maturato esperienza in ruoli analoghi
• Possiedi ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Hai una spiccata attitudine all’ascolto e all’empatia
• Hai una buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e macOS
• Affronti e risolvi le problematiche in modo rapido, proattivo e orientato alla soluzione
• Conosci le basi della gestione e configurazione dell’hardware di rete (Router, Access Point, Wi-Fi Extender, protocolli di rete) – considerato un plus
• Essere appartenente alla Categorie Protette legge 68/99
