We have a great opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Technical Services team. Based at our office in East Tamaki, Auckland.
About the role
In this role, you will work alongside local and national business account managers, and the wider business, including finance, customer services, credit, and operations teams.
It’s a varied role that will see you involved in assisting with customer/account manager queries the preparation of accurate reports for the sales team, and our customers, preparing quality proposals, tender responses, agendas, presentations, and other supporting material.
So, what do you need to be successful in this role?
We are looking for an exceptional customer service person who understands the values we place on ensuring WM New Zealand is putting the customer first
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Experience using operating systems and CRM software (desirable)
