Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the customer's main point of contact with the organization
Identify and respond to customer needs, ensuring successful relationships
Assist the customer with Anova's hardware and software products
Assume, resolve and monitor customer interference within agreed SLAs
Support customers in integrating our products into applications
Build strong relationships with customers, promoting renewal, increased sales or new projects
Provide training and technical knowledge to customers
Ensure that customer data is valid and that your services are operational
Manage installation and maintenance projects
identify bugs or software improvements that benefit customers
Proactively alert to the existence of problems and propose innovative solutions to resolve them
Provide product and service reports from assigned accounts
Schedule:
This position has regular hours of Monday through Friday 1PM-10PM
What you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum Requirements -
English Language – advanced level (oral and written)
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications -
Secondary education equivalent to level IV of the National Qualifications Framework
experience in Technical Support, Customer Support or similar functions
German and/or Spanish fluency
Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
