Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 10-15 LPA)

We are seeking to fill a Customer Success (Partnerships & Implementation Partner) position for one of our clients, a voice AI startup that develops advanced autonomous voice AI agents capable of managing millions of real-time calls for companies such as PhysicsWallah, Vedantu, Aditya Birla, Paytm Insurance, and Tata 1mg.

Requirements:
The position is based in Bangalore, with occasional travel required to Mumbai.

• Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI or Fintech sectors, along with a strong understanding of the Indian financial services landscape.

• Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management is highly desirable.

• A fundamental understanding of technology and the ability to thrive in a tech-driven product environment is essential.
