At Incision, our Customer Success team is essential to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in the entire customer journey—from onboarding and training new customers to relationship management, ensuring optimal usage and
retention of our products.
Your role
• Lead onboarding of new hospitals and medical educational institutions to our:
• Online learning platform
• On-the-job protocol support application
• Oversee the full implementation process, from initial briefing to full delivery
• Ensure optimal product usage by targeted users at customer sites
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including:
• Medical staff on the workfloor
• Hospital leadership and C-suite executives
• Align organizational needs with our solutions, ensuring successful adoption
• Manage complex implementations while maintaining a structured and strategic approach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships within hospital organizations
• Contribute to impactful projects, with opportunities for professional growth and influence
