Job Summary
Introhive is looking for our next Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This remote-first role offers a dynamic, varied day-to-day and significant opportunity for impact and growth. The successful candidate must be based in the United Kingdom, with the ability to attend occasional in-person team meetings and client engagements in London.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will own the post-sales customer lifecycle - driving adoption and value realization, supporting ongoing success, maintaining satisfaction, and ensuring retention.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Success Managers are essential to Introhive’s success. In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of each customer’s business objectives and clearly demonstrate how Introhive helps achieve their strategic goals.
The CSM will be expected to:
Work with clients to establish critical goals
Drive customer toward full value realization
Deepen customer relationships and create new ones
Develop strong understanding of customer use cases
Manage account escalations
Monitor account health; take action to improve health and/or mitigate risk
Nurture customers for advocacy
Drive product adoption
Cross-functional collaboration on projects and systems
Work collaboratively to support renewals & upsells
We’re looking for someone who can quickly develop deep expertise in Introhive’s products and translate business requirements into solutions that consistently drive client satisfaction and a strong client experience.
We also need an action-oriented team member who’s comfortable contributing to company goals, growth, and profitability - and who actively supports the Introhive team and culture.
Qualifications
Collaborative team player
Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Familiarity with CRMs and data tools
Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor Degree (BA or BBA) or equivalent
