Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. This role focuses on customers in Thailand across industries, as well as hospitality clients globally, working closely with them to understand their business needs, ensure successful adoption of Taskworld, and deliver outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional Customer Experience throughout the customer lifecycle
Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment, utilise all of their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other Taskworld stakeholder teams to ensure adoption and a successful renewal
Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper
Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Taskworld features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a cloud-based, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
Self-starter with strong autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and high energy.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and key stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools or related software solutions.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and workshops that drive clear actions and measurable results.
Solid understanding of business processes, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage challenges and conflicts constructively.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop, supported by effective time management and a strong work ethic.
Fluency in Thai and professional working proficiency in English are required.
Candidates must be based in Thailand, as the role requires on-site meetings and direct engagement with customers.
