About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth and manage strategic client relationships across LATAM. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology services sales, integrations, SaaS, or ERP solutions who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in helping organizations modernize and automate their operations through Celigo iPaaS and related integration solutions.
What You’ll Do
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and contract closure
Understand client business challenges and position integration and automation solutions that deliver measurable value
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and delivery teams to support successful onboarding and implementation
Drive customer retention, renewals, and account expansion opportunities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM platforms
Partner with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B technology services sales, SaaS sales, or integration solutions sales
Experience selling iPaaS, ERP, automation, or integration-related services strongly preferred
Understanding of business process automation and integration ecosystems is a plus
Skills
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong business and technical acumen
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred
