Customer Success Manager – Sales & Trading (S&T)
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) help clients realize value from LSEG solutions. In this role, you will support Trading customers using our Trading Desktop solutions and guide them throughout their customer journey.
You will focus on growing adoption, supporting integration, and expanding use of our solutions within day‑to‑day workflows. You will also play a key role in retaining a portfolio of trading accounts. This position works primarily with sell‑side trading customers.
You will own Customer Value Plans and support the delivery of agreed outcomes. Through regular client engagement, you will build positive relationships with stakeholders and users to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience.
You will work in close partnership with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to share insights on customer health, retention, and growth opportunities. You will also collaborate with Market Development and Customer Proposition teams to share customer feedback and support product alignment with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
• Develop and implement customer success strategies and Customer Value Plans for trading accounts.
• Support long‑term customer happiness and revenue retention.
Training & Enablement
• Deliver customized, workflow‑based training and customer engagement sessions.
• Help users incorporate LSEG solutions into their daily activities.
Relationship Management
• Build positive relationships with key customer stakeholders and user groups.
• Provide mentorship on engagement strategies and support customer advocacy.
• Participate in industry events to expand networks and stay informed on market trends.
Retention & Growth
• Track customer health, adoption trends, and renewal readiness.
• Share customer insights with Sales teams to support retention and expansion.
• Provide feedback to Market Development, Customer Operations, and Customer Proposition teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve Customer Success processes and ways of working.
How Success Is Measured
• Effective customer onboarding and enablement activities.
• Strong, trusted relationships across customer organizations.
• Proactive management of retention risks.
• Contribution to account retention and growth in partnership with Sales.
• Participation in continuous improvement of the Customer Success function.
Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, pre‑sales, or a trading‑related role within a bank or financial content organization.
• Experience or curiosity about the FX trading space is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and support adoption and retention initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and customer‑focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Knowledge of commodities, fixed income, or basic coding (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
