Join a small, motivated team where your work directly shapes how we grow. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers - helping them get the most out of Webshare while feeding valuable insights back to our product and engineering teams.
You'll work closely with our Customer Success Team Lead and have a direct line to product. In a team this size, your ideas don't get lost, they get built. If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely shape processes and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Your day-to-day::
• Be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback;
• Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team;
• Share customer suggestions with the Product Team to help shape what we build;
• Improve our FAQs and support macros to make self-service even better;
• Train and refine our AI chatbot to handle more queries accurately;
• Propose automation ideas and workflow improvements;
• Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews.
Working hours::
• Evening shift 17:00 to 02:00 EET.
Your skills & experience::
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
• Previous customer support experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Comfortable adapting to change and handling pressure;
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively;
• Experience with Intercom automations (nice to have);
• Documentation or knowledge base writing experience (nice to have).
Salary::
• Salary: Gross salary 1850 - 2250 EUR/month.
