Required Skills
Job Description
Your tasks:
Creolytix is our AI-powered threat intelligence and situational awareness platform. It helps organisations identify relevant threats at an early stage, assess their impact on business-critical assets, and make informed decisions in the face of uncertainty. As a Customer Success Manager, you will support our international customers in the post-sales phase, from instance setup and onboarding through to ongoing support, and play an active role in shaping how we help our customers succeed and further develop our processes.
Your tasks:• Establishing and configuring customer instances on our platform independently (monitoring assets, alerting rules, exposure dashboards)
• Supporting international customers throughout the entire post-sales lifecycle – onboarding, adoption, renewals
• Developing and documenting scalable onboarding processes, playbooks and templates for different customer types and industries
• Proactively monitoring customer usage and intervening early in the event of adoption risks
• Working closely with the Go-To-Market and Product teams to provide customer feedback and prioritise feature requests
• Building trusting relationships with operational contacts and decision-makers on the customer side
• Identifying expansion opportunities and handing them over to the sales team
• Continuously developing our Customer Success processes, KPIs and tooling
You:
• speak fluent German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• have 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment, ideally in a fast-growing company.
• have proven experience in onboarding and providing ongoing support to B2B SaaS customers, and are familiar with the typical challenges surrounding adoption, retention and expansion.
• are technically proficient enough to configure a platform independently; you do not need developers to set up a customer instance.
• can work in a structured manner whilst remaining open to change.
• ideally have experience or a strong interest in threat intelligence, risk management or corporate security.
• quickly get to grips with AI-powered products and can communicate their added value to customers.
• have a sense of ownership: you don’t wait for instructions, you find solutions.
• are open to occasional travel to customer sites (max. 20%).
Your future team:
We offer:• An attractive fixed salary with a performance-related variable component, linked to customer success and business growth.
• The opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing product area within an established SaaS company.
• The chance to work on an AI-powered product at the intersection of threat intelligence and operational resilience.
• Preferably based in Munich, but remote working within Germany is possible.
