McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for a Key Account Executive join our ever growing team.

• Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries.
• Actively seeking feedback from our customer and find their pain points to offer our solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain functionalities to customers, ensuring clear understanding.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer value.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Diploma Degree/bachelor's degree in communication or management
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in Account Manager / Business Development / Cust. Success
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative
• Proven hunter mentality with a proactive approach to discovering new opportunities.
• Customer Service oriented
• Placement: Cikini - Central Jakarta
