About the role
The Customer Operations and Success Internship for the German market offers hands-on experience supporting customers in the EV charging ecosystem. You will work closely with the Support and Success teams to resolve issues and support long-term customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include
• Support the Support & Success team in managing customer relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Handle customer questions and issues related to electric vehicle charging, including platform usage, charging sessions, and operational challenges.
• Assist in resolving customer issues across multiple European markets under the guidance of the Support & Success Manager.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Gain exposure to the Success team by supporting Private Label and larger customers after onboarding.
• Help monitor customer satisfaction, account performance, and progress toward customer goals.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Communicate with customers from different European regions and regulatory environments.
• Develop an understanding of the EV charging ecosystem and customer success processes.
