In line with our dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences, we are looking for a Customer Success Fulfillment Specialist to become a member of our on-site team based in Houston, TX.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless hardware fulfillment and supporting customers throughout their order lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and engineering teams to maintain inventory integrity and deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receive, package, ship, and track hardware products accurately to ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory integrity.
• Provide frontline customer support for fulfillment-related issues, including order status updates, troubleshooting hardware, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage shipping labels, carriers, pickup schedules, and document exceptions.
• Process returns, perform factory resets, refurbish devices as needed, and update inventory systems with movement details.
• Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in real-time.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform factory resets on hardware devices
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in hardware fulfillment, including packing, shipping, and return processing
• Experience with inventory control, including cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation
• Experience refurbishing hardware devices
• Comfortable using inventory management systems (WMS/ERP or similar)
• Experience with Amazon Marketplace operations (order handling and fulfillment workflows)
• Experience providing frontline customer support for order status and fulfillment-related issues
• Experience coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipping and fulfillment exceptions
