Job Description
iKnowHealth S.A. is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology industries, our goal is to improve productivity, enhance access to information, and lower the overall cost of managing large volumes of data efficiently and effectively.
We specialize in developing and distributing the Evorad® certified clinical software, a complete RIS / PACS / WORKSTATION suite that covers all the needs of a radiology department. Our software offers customizable user roles, multi-task scheduling, complete audit trails, and customizable medical reports.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring the successful implementation, support, and continuous optimization of our solutions (RIS / PACS / Workstation), while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 frontline customer support for software-related issues
• Ensure 24/7 support coverage for incidents and critical issues
• Perform ticket triage, prioritization, and timely resolution
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Configure and support applications, including system setup and ongoing maintenance
• Deliver customer training (remote & onsite)
• Conduct site visits for workflow validation and optimization
• Design and implement workflow configurations and system customizations
• Manage modality integrations and connectivity (DICOM)
• Support HIS/RIS/PACS interfaces setup, testing, and validation (HL7)
• Provide proactive customer success guidance and best-practice consulting
• Support PMO activities including documentation, deliverables, and business support tasks
Requirements:
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English
• Driving license and willingness to travel (50–70% within Greece)
• Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
Nice to Have
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL, databases)
• Exposure to healthcare IT systems or biomedical devices
• Familiarity with DICOM / HL7 standards
