Customer Solutions Architect (f/m/d)

We are growing our team and are hiring a Customer Solution Architect with a focus on IMS 4G/ 5G core who will play a pivotal role in all phases of our client and partner development process in close collaboration with our sales and deployment leadership team.

Tasks:
What you will do  
• Establishing ng-voice as a leader in private networks and CBRS.
• Being the technical point of contact for partner and customer presentations and determining technical requirements for clients’ objectives.
• Presenting solutions to customer and partner problems, objectives, or challenges.
• Working closely with our deployment and technical lead to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
• Owning the technical sales materials such as collateral, quotation, timeline, project plan, test plan, and solution proposal.
• Working with client and partner development to identify prospective clients and opportunities whilst defining requirements.
• Travelling to client sites when necessary.

Requirements:
Our ideal new colleague should have
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Already worked with IMS integrations spanning across the telecommunication ecosystem.
• Experience working with Private Network Enterprise suppliers primarily.
• Experience working with MVNO, and MNOs is also advantageous.
• Experience in a sales engineering or consulting position in the industry.
• Worked across the 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G telecommunication networks (understanding network core functions in 4G/5G cores, IMS design & Virtualized Network Design).
• A thorough understanding of signalling standards (SIP, Diameter).
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, native speaker or C1 level.
• The strong ability to create trustworthy relationships with partners/customers to ensure growth and sustainability.
• Organized with a hunter mentality.

We definitely want to talk to you if you have
• Already worked as a pre-sales engineer, solution manager or customer solutions architect for IMS.  
• Experience with cloud-native functions such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understand virtualization and the cloud.
• Know the US market and have established a network within MNO, MVNO and private network segments.
