We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our clients. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions and driving measurable business outcomes. You will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and guiding customers toward achieving maximum value and ROI from the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Advisory
• Act as the primary SME and strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
• Manage ongoing customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Implementation & Solution Design
• Lead end-to-end customer implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design customized, scalable solutions.
• Configure workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and meet customer expectations.
Driving ROI & Success Metrics
• Define and track measurable success metrics to ensure customers achieve desired ROI.
• Monitor customer health scores, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Report on KPIs and solution performance to demonstrate delivered value.
• Support renewal and expansion discussions by clearly articulating business impact.
Problem-Solving & Escalation Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for complex or escalated issues.
• Proactively identify risks to customer satisfaction and address them efficiently.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations while driving resolutions.
Communication & Collaboration
• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing solution design, implementation strategies, and ROI outcomes.
• Create clear documentation including solution designs, implementation plans, and reports.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or a similar client-facing SaaS role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and digital adoption technologies.
• Proven expertise in leading customer implementations and designing tailored solutions.
• Ability to analyze customer data to measure ROI, adoption, and health metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
