About the role

The Customer Solution Architect provides architecture guidance and is accountable for the delivery of innovative card-based payment solutions. As a Customer Solution Architect, you will have an important role in delivering complex customer projects. You will be expected to spend time interacting with exciting customers in the Nordics and in Europe. You will work closely with subject matter experts as well as our sales team with the goal of ensuring solutions which meet customer expectations and requirements.

You will join a dynamic team of highly skilled and driven delivery experts characterized by their abilities to think and act proactively. We are looking for a solution-oriented team player, someone who is not afraid to stand up. The position requires that you are comfortable to share your vision both in written and in presentations style. 

In this role you will

• Ensure that proper business and technical solutions are selected
• Functional understanding at a level where you can take the lead in the dialogue with the customer to identify potential gaps
• Visualize an end-to-end solution and ensure it is complete
• Interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications
• Contribute to the work of developing and improving delivery processes

We are looking for someone with

• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in an architect or solution design role.
• Good experience in understanding business requirements and transforming these into technical solutions.
• Experience in preparing requirements specifications, architecture and design to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to share knowledge with others
• High level presentation skills
• Structured and proactive mindset
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian
