About the role:

The Customer Service Representative role offers an exciting opportunity where your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to our clients/customers across New Zealand and Australia. This onsite position is to manage export and domestic orders while providing outstanding customer support and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders (via EDI, E-Mail, website) before scheduled cut-off times.

Communicate stock discrepancies, out-of-stock items, and delivery delays.

Ensure accurate export documentation and timely communication with customers, consolidators, and internal teams.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media, maintaining professionalism.

Manage consumer feedback and ensure timely responses to all inboxes.

Maintain accurate records and provide monthly reports on consumer feedback and KPIs.

Key Skills & Experience:

2 years previous experience in customer service experience gained from within a high-volume sales environment, preferably in the FMCG industries or Export & Freight.

Previous experience in order processing or customer service, preferably in an export environment.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and customs processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.

The ability to multi-task within an ever-changing environment

Excellent time management skills with experience in high-pressure environments
