Position Overview

Our Customer Service Team, based in Rydalmere, is seeing a Customer Service professional to provide customer support in our Wholesale team to support our Galleries, Luxaflex and Independent customers.

Responsibilities:

• Field queries via phone and e-mail

• Advise customers of orders on hold or out of stock products

• Follow up outstanding order on hold responses

• Order parts and samples for customers as required

• Assess and raise Authorisation for Return (AFR’s) with customers

• Investigating repairs and processing paperwork, with an understanding of product warranty

• Follow up on urgent orders / Rework / Remake status

• Provide support to the BSM for allocated State

• Chasing up of lost in transit orders or damaged products

• Flexible in providing back-up support to the other customer service teams as requested

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a product-based Customer Service / Call Centre environment

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to manage both internal and external relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management

• A high level of initiative and self-motivation.
