Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Remote | Mexico / El Salvador
Schedule: Central time | Monday - Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 7 pm CT
USD Salary: 1,200USD - 1,500USD
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to join our team. You will manage high-volume calls to schedule sales appointments and assist with administrative tasks, including online permit applications and data entry. Prior experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training on our industry, services, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls to schedule sales appointments
• Communicate professionally with potential customers to qualify interest and book appointments
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record updates
• Complete online permit applications and related documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in internal systems
• Follow internal processes for appointment scheduling and documentation
• Coordinate schedules between customers and sales representatives
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
• Strong attention to detail for administrative work and data entry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in call center, appointment setting, or customer support roles
• Experience in sales support or lead qualification
• Experience handling high-volume phone environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools
• Experience with permit applications or administrative processing
• Experience supporting sales teams with appointment coordination
