Location: Rapid City, SD (Travel to Gillette, WY and Chamberlain, SD may be required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative (Relief Driver) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver clean textile products to customers on a relief route and provide exceptional service. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into managing their own route in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver clean textile products to customers on assigned routes.

Operate a company vehicle in a designated service area.

Promote route growth and support new business development.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and product accuracy.

Perform product inspections and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment.

Support additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in customer service or as a delivery driver is a plus.

Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.

Willingness to travel to Gillette, WY and Chamberlain, SD as needed.
