This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication.
• Customer Service, sales and retention skills
• Proficiency in English B2 -C1
• Grads and Dropouts only
• Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
• Flexibility with Rotational shifts
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Sales or Retention experience
