Role Overview
We are looking for a resourceful and solution-oriented Customer Service Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles.You will balance high-level people skills with the organizational follow-through required to manage orders and logistics. If you take pride in owning a problem from the moment it arrives until it is fully resolved, we want to meet you. This role is 100% in-office in Los Angeles, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across email, phone, and messaging to ensure every concern is addressed with a clear and professional resolution.
Manage the lifecycle of an order by securing shipping approvals, processing returns, and resolving discrepancies to keep operations moving smoothly.
Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams like Sales, Ops, and Logistics to gather information and solve complex issues.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions and order statuses within internal systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and reliable.
Take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish rather than passing tasks off to other departments.
Proactively identify workflow efficiencies and suggest improvements to the order management process.
Qualifications
A proven ability to take full responsibility for tasks and treat every customer issue as if it were your own to solve.
Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to stay calm and professional even when de-escalating high-pressure situations.
Natural problem-solving skills with the agility to think on your feet and propose creative solutions.
High level of organization and attention to detail, specifically when managing order data and tracking numbers.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly between different brands and retail partners.
