About the Role

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in an essential service industry? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice our customers turn to for answers, solutions, and support. You’ll work in Technical Services office in East Tamaki, providing top-tier service to both internal and external customers.

You don’t need prior contact centre experience to excel in this role - we value your passion for customer service, and we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. With a dedicated Trainer and supportive Team Supervisors by your side, you’ll be well-prepared to handle any challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and performance goals.

• Proven customer service experience, with a passion for helping people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making confidence.
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering quality service.
