Who Is Tire Hotel?
Tire Hotel Inc. is a seasonal Tire Storage and logistics provider supporting automotive dealerships across Southern Ontario. We specialize in the secure storage, delivery, and retrieval of seasonal tires, operating from our temperature-controlled warehouse in Woodbridge, Ontario.
Our team works closely with dealership partners throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Oshawa, Ajax, Barrie and Kitchener to ensure tires are transported and stored safely and efficiently during peak seasonal periods.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our busy Spring season to join our Woodbridge-based operations team.
The role entails being an attentive listener who pays close attention to the customer's requirements and preferences. By actively listening and comprehending what they aim to achieve and understand customer needs and provide accurate information, updates, and support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to follow up promptly are necessary. You will work collaboratively with other departments and establish connections with clients and colleagues nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume customer communication interaction by phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to inquiries regarding tire deliveries, ETAs, returns and dealer pickups.
Coordinate scheduling for returns and dealer pickups, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update dealer profiles and customer information in internal systems.
Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach while ensuring a positive experience.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years of experience in customer service
Positive and Optimistic, always looking for a solution.
Critical thinking abilities
Customer Service excellence, follow up and follow through for clients.
Conflict management, diffusing client issues and complaints.
Tech Savvy, ability to learn and use new systems.
Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel proficiency
Requirements
CSA-approved safety boots.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues or delays.
Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed
8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Overtime as needed
Contract 8-10 weeks
Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
