What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping coordinate Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) services for patients who rely on timely and accurate scheduling.
You will:
Customer Service Excellence:Â Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
NEMT Coordination:Â Efficiently coordinate NEMT services, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
Prior Authorization:Â Secure necessary prior authorizations for NEMT services, adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.
Paratransit Scheduling:Â Schedule transportation for paratransit passengers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
Disruption Management:Â Address and resolve any transportation disruptions promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance:Â Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to established procedures and recommending improvements.
KPI Performance:Â Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal service delivery.
Continuous Learning:Â Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
