We are currently hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative position with the following details:
• Pay: $25–$33 per hour
• Schedule Options:
• Full-Time: Monday to Friday (30–40 hours/week)
• Part-Time: Monday to Friday (15–20 hours/week)
• Location: Remote (United States)
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately
