Job Title: Payroll Associate (Execupay)
About the Role: Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and a passion for exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Payroll Associate to join our fast-paced team. This position suits someone who excels under pressure, thinks quickly, and is dedicated to delivering excellence in payroll processing and client care.
What You’ll Do:
• Schedule and manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance.
• Handle complex tasks including payroll taxation, wage garnishments, and tax levies.
• Manage quarter-end and year-end reporting and provide ad-hoc reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll systems and attendance.
What We Are Looking For:
• English Proficiency: C1 level (Advanced/Fluent) mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service; contact center and administrative support experience preferred.
• Stability: Proven job stability with at least 1 year in each previous role.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities; excellent phone presence.
• Availability: Full-time only; not open to currently enrolled students.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background strictly in administrative or customer service duties; unrelated professional backgrounds will not be considered.
