The Opportunity
We are actively recruiting for a current vacancy, a hard working and conscientious full-time Customer Service Representative to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative operations of the business and providing customer support.
Core Responsibilities
Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism
Communicate effectively through a variety of methods including phone and email
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Maintain customer accounts and files and manage customer payments through outbound collection calls
Prepare daily fuel deliveries, balance and post deliveries, and provide additional assistance as required

Highly committed to customer service excellence
Confident responding to customer inquiries through a live answer telephone line and email
Exceptional organization skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft office
University degree or college diploma
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role

The expected hourly wage for this position is $21.00 per hour.
