Location: Phoenix, AZ – 85034-4216
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Level II)
Duration: 8 Months (could go beyond)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Shift timing: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM - be flexible to work as shift between these hours
Job Description:
• Call center exp desired MUST be able to navigate through multiple systems
• Smile in your voice customer service
• Mortgage exp helpful
Job Summary:
• Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence.
• Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Requires advanced knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
• Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
• May research issues or transfer to a research function.
• May involve cross selling or up selling of other financial products.
• Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity.
• Generally has more than 1 year of experience.
• The bank is closed on Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
• All contractors will be expected to work all other days of the week.
Training: 9am-6pm (4 week classroom training). Once training is completed, the schedule may be flexible but most likely will be 10am-7pm (4 week On Job Training)
