Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our delivery operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating with our delivery team, managing customer communications, and overseeing dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and coordinate with the delivery team throughout the day to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery inquiries and updates
• Proactively notify customers of any delivery issues or obstacles (e.g., customer unavailability, access challenges, location-specific concerns)
• Maintain accurate records by entering detailed notes into the company's system to keep all stakeholders informed
• Oversee overall delivery operations and manage dispatch coordination
• Monitor delivery progress and address any issues that arise during operations
• Ensure clear communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams
