What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering a world-class customer experience over phone, text, email, chat, and in-person.
Using ServiceTitan to schedule service appointments and installations.
Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Communicating clearly and compassionately to help customers feel heard and supported.
Collaborating with field technicians and other departments to get the job done right.
Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our system.
Assisting with various general office and administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations.
Handling light cashier duties, including processing transactions for customers that purchase items over the counter.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or as a dispatcher preferred.
Previous experience using ServiceTitan a plus (but we'll train the right person)!
A confident, calm, and kind communicator.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team.
Must be comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
