Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Manage and support a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for soft sales or service upgrades when appropriate
Document and track all customer interactions accurately in support systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and internal processes
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Support roles
Proven experience working with Freshdesk and/or Zendesk ticketing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Experience handling high customer volumes or large account portfolios
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated soft sales experience or ability to identify upsell opportunities
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability and adaptability to changing schedules
