Into action
As the vital link between Syngenta and our valued customers across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic and Slovakia, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll own the complete customer journey, from order placement to successful delivery, ensuring our distributor network receives exceptional service every step of the way. This isn't just order processing, it's about being a key player in customer satisfaction across a dynamic and growing region.
The challenge
• Serve as the primary contact for distributors in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic and Slovakia building strong and lasting relationships.
• Process incoming orders via order forms into SAP, confirm stock availability, and coordinate with planners to realize timely deliveries.
• Monitor demand patterns and lead times, proactively adjusting to prevent bottlenecks.
• Anticipate challenges and solve order-related issues before they impact customers.
• Coordinate international seed shipments, including relevant export documentation.
• Act as the crucial connector between distributors, sales teams and internal departments
Your profile
• Fluency in Polish and English - this is a hard requirement
• Outstanding communication skills - you connect easily with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a sense of ownership
• Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach
• Excellent analytical and planning capabilities
• Experience with SAP (or other MRP/ERP systems) and Excel is a plus
• If you speak Dutch, it would be beneficial.
