Location: Des Moines, WA
Pay Rage: $21–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our collision repair facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
Greet walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct multi-line phone calls courteously and efficiently
Check customers in for repairs and complete all required authorization paperwork
Take and document vehicle condition details at drop-off
Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance claims, rental processes, and payment procedures
Provide repair progress updates via text, email, or phone
Schedule estimate appointments and vehicle drop-offs
Create Repair Orders (ROs) and prepare necessary file documentation
Coordinate DRP assignments in a timely manner
Attend daily production meetings to stay informed on repair updates
Print final bills and warranties, review warranty coverage with customers
Collect payments and finalize delivery paperwork
Encourage and capture customer reviews
Maintain an organized front office, reception area, and workflow
Drive vehicles as needed and assist team members where required
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
Working Environment
This position operates in a collision repair facility and may involve exposure to:
Paint, fumes, dust, and shop noise
Varying temperatures
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Frequent standing, sitting, bending, and repetitive motions
Occasional kneeling or stooping
