Your tasks:
• Implement and maintain reporting standards by developing, managing, and ensuring compliance with departmental reporting guidelines and templates
• Drive organizational growth and standardization by contributing to process improvements and structural enhancements that promote efficiency and consistency
• Define and implement KPI frameworks by supporting the identification of relevant KPIs and integrating them into reporting systems
• Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering clear, accurate, and consistent reports for management and stakeholders
• Work closely with Project Management, PMO, and other departments to ensure alignment on standards
Your profile:
• Professional experience in Project Management, Consulting, or PMO
• Strong knowledge of reporting methodologies and KPI development
• Proven ability to implement standards and processes
• Proficiency in reporting tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Understanding of organizational development and process optimization

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
