Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers Maintain a clean and sanitized store for both team members and customers Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently Develop and apply organizational and inventory management skills Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism Multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment Operate various equipment and technologies within the store Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs with flexibility

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first mindset Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Customer service experience preferred Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
