• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently
• Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers
• Maintain a clean and sanitized store for both team members and customers
• Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently
• Develop and apply organizational and inventory management skills
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Operate various equipment and technologies within the store
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
• Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs with flexibility
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
