• Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for team members and customers
• Assist in food preparation and ensure product quality meets our high standards
• Manage inventory and organize supplies effectively
• Operate various equipment within the store
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for customers
• Uphold and represent our brand image with pride and professionalism
• Must be {AGE} years of age or older
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective time management skills
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
