• Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and orders professionally
• Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Prepare food items according to company standards

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
