Job Description

Cobalt Service Partners, a leading provider of automatic door and commercial entrance solutions, is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and serve as the front line of communication for our customers. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and dispatching, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA, Monday–Friday, Hours 7 am - 4:30 pm

In this role you will…

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling service requests, and resolving issues in a timely manner

• Support daily office operations including data entry, filing, and documentation management

• Assist with invoicing, billing support, and light accounts payable (AP) tasks

• Maintain accurate customer records and job details within internal systems

• Communicate effectively with technicians, management, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Support scheduling and dispatching of service calls as needed

• Handle general administrative duties and assist leadership with ad hoc projects

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with invoicing or basic accounting functions is a plus

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar systems is preferred

• Experience in a service-based or industrial environment is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $24–$26/hour, based on experience
